DESCRIPTION:Introduces the technology of digital logic functional blocks\, their implementations\, and applications to mathematical computation. This course is a project oriented hardware module that introduces the binary number system and shows how students can combine digital logic functions to produce mathematical functions. NOTE: This 7 week course is taught concurrently with the first half of EGR 105 and includes assignments\, outcomes\, and expectations appropriate for the shorter instruction time\, and has differing prerequisites.
