3rd Annual Cellars & Cave Tour

Tour-goers can take a first-hand look at a variety of root and cider cellars and a cheese cave and try do-it-yourself workshops featuring an introduction to canning, making cheese, cider, beer, sausage, and maple syrup. The tour is a collaboration among neighbors including Bourke Shire Farm, Colonel Maxwell Farm, Benson Place, Dell Farm, The Manse, Stoneman Brewery, Willson Hill Farm and Katywil Farm Community. The tour will include Stoneman Brewery in Colrain, a cheese cave at Katwil, a root cellar at the Benson Place, and a cider cellar The Manse Farm. All proceeds go to support the Heath Agricultural Society. Registration is required. Lunch also available.
