Contemporary/Modern Dance

Contemporary/Modern Dance classes introduce basic level dance vocabulary and movement patterns through practice and discussion. Classes include a stretch and movement series designed to warm up the entire body, traveling steps, turns, leaps, floor work, and a challenging center combination. No dance experience necessary, appropriate for all experience levels.
