EMT Basic

This very intensive class provides training in the primary care of injuries, acute illnesses, cardiac situations, birth, and other types of emergency situations. Learn rescue extrication, communication, legal implications, and ambulance equipment training. Students successfully completing the course are eligible to sit for the NREMT Certification Exam. All students must purchase the required textbook & workbook, approximately $180. This is a non college credit course. Transcripts are NOT available. This is the non-credit option of EMS 101.
