Great River Challenge

Enjoy the natural beauty of the Pioneer Valley and challenge your way to prizes, fun and health at the 4^th Annual Great River Challenge Off-Road Triathlon, Sunday, September 30.  Paddle, run and mountain bike at the nationally-known Northfield Mountain Recreation and Environmental Center in Northfield, Massachusetts. Teams and individuals, adults and teens, "iron" competitors or just weekend warriors, we've got a course for you. Register by September 15 at runsignup.com to be eligible to win a bike helmet from Bicycles Unlimited in Greenfield or a set of paddles from Stellar Kayaks of Northfield.  Send a team from your school, company or organization for a memorable group experience.  Not athletic? Come and enjoy the food, the music, exhibits and cheer on the athletes as they cross the finish line! Share the thrill when this "regatta" of paddle craft takes off at 9 a.m. from the docks at Northfield Mountain Recreation Center's riverfront area on the Connecticut River.
