4:00pm-5:30pm: Downtown Trick or Treat at local businesses. Pick up your free treat bag on the common. Jam out to WHAI's hit music!

5:30pm-7:30pm: Activities at the Y including Inflatable Gaga Ball, Obstacle Course, and Family Fun in the Gym With Healthy Snacks.

5:45pm: Rag Shag Parade and Costume Contest. Starts at Mohawk Mall Ends at Energy Park. Prizes Awarded in Following Categories: Best Homemade, Funniest, Best Cartoon Character, Scariest, Cutest, Adult Open, Group/ Family, Best Howl-o-ween Costume
