Holiday Tributes

Soprano Tinky Weisblat and pianist Jerry Noble will offer holiday songs made famous by a variety of singers, including Bing Crosby, Judy Garland, Eartha Kitt, Dolly Parton, and Elvis Presley—along with a few seasonal favorites that were sung by just about everybody. This concert isn't a cluster of imitations but rather a series of tributes to voices and hearts of the past. Tinky is a food writer and singer known as the Diva of Deliciousness. She has a Ph.D. in American studies and tries to place every song she performs in historical context. Jerry is a popular composer and musician throughout Western Massachusetts. The snow date for this concert is the following day, Sunday, December 17.
