Laissez les bon temps rouler! Join us for an amazing Mardi Gras celebration with the Valley's very own Cajun and Zydeco bands. Special New Orleans-inspired food and drink will be available! Zydeco Connection has been bringing the irresistible sounds and infectious rhythms of Zydeco from Southwestern Louisiana to New England since 2004. The Franklin County-based band plays a spicy mix of zydeco, waltzes, two-steps, blues and boogie woogie. Bayou X plays traditional and Original Cajun and Creole dance music, incorporating old-time Cajun duos & trios, ’50s and ’60s dance hall music, swamp pop, New Orleans R&B and Creole music from Louisiana and around the world.
