Tree Accordion Book Making Workshop

Make your own accordion book, a display-worthy piece of art, using trees as your inspiration. Lynn, MA-based artist Kelly Slater has been using forests as her motif for decades and can show you how to find the muse waiting for you just inside the woods. The event is free, and materials are provided. Lesson begins at 1:00 pm, but latecomers are welcome. Drop by and introduce your creative side to your wild side with a take-home masterpiece from nature.   All ages event. Held at the Interpretive Pavilion at Mohawk Trail State Forest. Parking available at Park Headquarters, with overflow parking located nearby on Route 2.
