World Tai Chi Day

Students from J R Roy Martial Arts, for the 16th year in row, are welcoming the community to join them and people all over the world in a synchronized practice of T’ai Chi. People of all ages and levels of experience, including no experience, are welcome to attend. In the spirit of building better communities, J. R. Roy Martial Arts will also be accepting monetary donations for DIAL/SELF Youth & Community Services on April 29th. DIAL/SELF provides a broad range of services and opportunities for youth; such as life skills education, emergency food and housing, 24/7 “Safe Place” access, volunteer opportunities and affordable supportive housing.
