253 Farmacy is a vertically integrated recreational cannabis grower, manufacturer, and retail dispensary. We are owned and managed by Western Massachusetts locals with a passion for creating and acquiring quality cannabis products. For years we have been a destination point for travelers coming to enjoy all that Franklin County has to offer, and our 900-gallon saltwater aquarium is always a popular attraction.
