At Pioneer Valley Hospice & Palliative Care, formerly Hospice of Franklin County, our goal is to support and care for those living with an advanced illness so they may live as fully and comfortably as possible.

Our nurses, social workers, hospice aides, spiritual counselors, bereavement counselors, and volunteers will provide information, resources, and expert medical care to support you, your family and friends with caring hearts and hands.
